14-Day Return Window

We want you to feel a genuine connection with the natural elements you have chosen. Should your order not be the perfect fit for your lifestyle, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the physical conditions outlined below are fully met.

The 14-day window begins on the exact date of delivery, as confirmed by your courier's tracking record.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must satisfy all of the following criteria:

  • Submitted and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Maintained in its original, pristine condition — unworn, unused, and completely free from any signs of human alteration.
  • Accompanied by all original elements, including premium branded packaging, gift boxes, certificate cards, and protective materials.
  • Free from any physical signs of wear, hairline scratches, perfume scents, skincare residue, or lifestyle oils.
  • Submitted alongside your official order number or verified proof of purchase.

Please note: Any piece that shows clear signs of physical wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted back into our collection. Once a piece has been integrated into your personal lifestyle, it remains yours to keep.

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service — Auric Healing cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Once received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • All refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly excluded from our return or exchange policy:

  • Personal consultation, environmental lifestyle analysis, and reading services.
  • Custom-tailored or bespoke creations (including bracelets personalized to your specific profile).
  • Items purchased as part of a curated set, ritual bundle, or limited-edition box (these cannot be returned individually).
  • Archive pieces, clearance items, or those designated as "Final Sale."
  • Returns submitted without prior written authorization or beyond the 14-day window.

A Note on Natural Variations

Every crystal and organic material is a raw gift from the earth. The following are inherent characteristics of genuine mineral specimens — not structural defects:

  • Natural variations in color depth, transparency, and internal crystalline zoning.
  • Organic internal inclusions, natural fissures, or subtle internal "rainbows."
  • Microscopic differences in shape, weight, and hand-cut dimensions.
  • Raw surface textures and unique organic markings.

These natural hallmarks are precisely what make your piece an authentic, one-of-a-kind art object. Returns based on these intrinsic earth-made variations do not qualify under our damaged-goods protection policy.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at return@auric-healing.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item's current condition.
  2. Await authorization — our team will respond within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and the studio return address.
  3. Repack carefully in the original premium packaging to prevent transit damage.
  4. Dispatch via a tracked and insured carrier to the authorized address provided.
  5. Confirmation — upon receipt and quality inspection (3–5 business days), we will trigger your refund or exchange confirmation via email.

Please do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may face processing delays or forfeiture.

Refund Processing Time

  • Verified refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • An additional 3–10 business days may be required depending on your banking institution.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent the moment your refund is cleared.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package is missing, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
  2. Allow an additional 48 hours, as tracking statuses occasionally update ahead of physical delivery.
  3. If still missing, contact us at return@auric-healing.com. We will launch a trace with the carrier. Most claims are resolved within 7–14 business days.

International Returns

  • International buyers assume full responsibility for return logistics fees, brokerage charges, customs duties, and local taxes.
  • Please declare the parcel as "Returned Goods" on the shipping invoice to prevent duplicate customs charges.
  • Auric Healing is not liable for customs tariffs, border delays, or regulatory hold-ups during return transit.
  • All refunds are issued in the original currency processed during your initial order.
