Order Processing Time
Processing times vary by product type:
- Signature (ready-to-wear) bracelets: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
- Custom BaZi bracelets: Production begins after we confirm your BaZi reading and bracelet design with you. Timeline will be agreed upon individually — typically 7–14 business days before dispatch
- Readings & consultations: Digital delivery only — no physical shipping applies
Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched from the UK. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom Standard: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World (incl. Canada & US): 10–20 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can add additional time. Customs delays are outside our control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £75
- Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over £100
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
Duties & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Returns Shipping
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Custom-made BaZi bracelets are non-returnable unless faulty, as they are made specifically for you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
