Why Bespoke?

Some elements appear in abundance. Others are missing entirely. This specific pattern of what you have and what you lack quietly shapes your temperament, your strengths, and your whole personality. Any imbalance — whether excess or deficiency — creates friction in your life.
How It Works
We don't select stones based on trends or generic "luck." We read your chart first.
- Excess Fire energy (quick temper, restlessness, burnout) → We introduce calming Water and grounding Earth elements — not more red stones.
- Deficient Wood energy (stagnation, difficulty starting new chapters) → We select stones that activate that specific element, not generic "prosperity" crystals.
The logic is simple: healing begins where the imbalance is. Adding more of what you already have does not help. Adding exactly what is missing, in exactly the right sequence, does.

Returns & Refunds Policy
If your art piece or wearable ritual arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
For exchanges due to a change of mind, please reach out within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original premium condition.

Sizing & Fit
Most of our artisanal bracelets feature premium elastic or adjustable cords, comfortably fitting wrists from approximately 6" to 8". For fixed-size heirloom styles, we recommend measuring your wrist snugly and adding ½" for a relaxed, visual breathing room.

Which Wrist Should I Wear My Bracelet On?
In traditional Eastern philosophy, energy is a subtle, circular flow:

Care Instructions
- Remove wearable pieces before swimming, bathing, applying lotions/perfumes, or high-intensity exercise. Moisture, chemical agents, and sweat can weaken the natural elements and dull the stones.
- To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- To physically and visually refresh your crystals, let them rest under moonlight overnight or place them alongside a piece of natural selenite.
- Store your items in our signature soft pouch, away from direct sunlight, when not in use.

Yes. Every gemstone, mineral, and organic material used by Auric Healing is strictly genuine and naturally sourced. We stand firmly against synthetics, glass imitations, or artificially dyed substitutes.
